Applying for an Assessment

All applications require photographic ID (unless previously supplied), either electronically in jpeg format, or in the form of colour passport sized photo before applications can be processed. 

The photo must be:

  • File type jpeg, with a miimum pixel resolution of 200 (width) x 300 (high)
  • File size no more than 120kb 
  • Taken against a plain light grey or plain cream background
  • A close-up of the learners head & shoulders

If your assessment is being arranged through your training provider then we only require your application form.
